Assisted Pullups:

Dumbbell Rows:
1 set of 12 reps
3 working sets of of 8 reps
Neutral grip pulldowns:
1 warmup set of 6
2 working sets of of 10 reps
Rack Pulls:
3 warmup sets of 5
